By enrolling in a recurring monthly membership with Moksha Yoga + Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Recurring Monthly Membership Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel it online. Moksha Yoga + Spa is unable to manage or modify memberships on behalf of clients. You are in direct control of starting, modifying, and cancelling your membership.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Self-Cancellation Process: log in to your account through MindBodyOnline or the Moksha Yoga + Spa Website > go to Passes > select Manage or Cancel Contracts > click the dropdown arrow next to the membership you wish to cancel > choose Terminate.

Cancellation Effect: Your membership cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period.

Membership Modifications

All modifications to your membership, including changes to billing information or membership tiers, must be completed online through your account.

Billing and Payments

Recurring payments will be processed automatically each month on the date your membership was originally activated.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current to avoid disruptions to your membership.

To maintain your current membership rate, there must not be any disruption to your membership. This includes pausing, modifying, or terminating your membership. Any disruption may result in a change to your rate upon reactivation.

Agreement to Policies

By becoming a member or participating in any class or spa service at Moksha Yoga + Spa, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the policies outlined at www.mokshayogaspa.com/policies. Please review these policies regularly, as they are subject to change.

Non-Transferable Membership

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is associated with the account.

Liability Waiver

Participation in classes or spa services is at your own risk. By enrolling in a membership, you release Moksha Yoga + Spa from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation.
