“I was looking for a place to get a little exercise and stretching in since I work sitting behind a computer all day. I found Moksha Yoga and Spa and so glad I did. The minute you walk through the door you feel a sense of peace and calm and the place is very clean. Connor, the owner/instructor was very helpful in explaining all the different types of yoga classes they offered, so I can choose the best one for me. I started taking Connor's Monday night Hatha class and I love it! It takes the stress away, helps me to relax (which I have a hard time doing) and the practice always reminds me that the time is for me and to shut out the world for the time I am there. Connor is an amazing instructor. He is very knowledgable with the meaning and types of postures in the practice. His voice is very calming and he explains the class in a way that is adaptable to beginners (like myself) as well as the advanced. I tried a couple of other classes with different instructors and they were all great. I would definitely recommend Moksha Yoga & Spa. You will be grateful you did!”

"I have been looking for a yoga home off and on since I moved here in 2015. The 2 week trial for $29 was a steal and I was sold. I have enjoyed every class and every instructor. They are all so supportive, encouraging, and welcoming. I purchased the year membership as soon as the trial was over and I go to as many classes and I can each week: Aerial, Hatha, Hot Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Express. And there are still several classes I have not made it to yet."

— Renee C.

"First time with aerial yoga and what a great experience. Full disclosure that I have been practicing yoga for a few years but I don’t do inversions and I don’t have a lot of upper body strength. Connor was a great instructor who was focused on safety and form as you enter and exit the scarf/swing. The class was fun and challenging for me because of my hang ups about inversions. It’s a great way to use the scarf as a prop to intensify your posture and stretch. I was thrilled when I finally took that leap of faith and inverted. I’ll be going back for more! If you haven’t tried it, and been curious, this is a great place to try it."
